As a Property Sales Consultant your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conducting market appraisals and valuations
  • Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant/landlord
  • Follow up with client from A to Z till complete transaction
  • Professional photographing & preparing properties for advertising

Applicant Requirements:

  • Driving license
  • To be financially independent
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English, 2nd language desirable but not essential
  • Punctual and contribute to the development of the company
  • Positive attitude with a strong team ethic
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Smart business dress is required at all times
